Type of Team: A group of boys who love the game of soccer and want to better themselves as soccer players. It’s a team that is expected to play their hardest and to continually improve, but at the same time understand that it’s not the only show in town. We understand that boys at this age are interested in multiple sports. It’s a team that has enjoyed the continuity of the same nucleus for the past 4 years and has been able fill its opening by word of mouth and tryouts.

Each of the Lunatic Coaches has either a USSF “D” or “E” License. The mission of the coaches is to take a player that possess a firm foundation of soccer skills and build upon that to become total soccer player. Eventually, they want the players to be contributing members of their respectable High School Varsity Teams. Throughout the year we bring in trainers for specific skills and fitness.

The team has enjoyed soccer success each of the years of their existence. The past two years we have take 2nd place in our BBSL Divisions while at the same time moving up to the higher competitive levels.

Typical Schedule by Season:
· Fall - 1 league play per weekend, 3 to 4 cups, 2 practices per week (one required, two preferred)
· Winter – Indoor / Futsal with 1 league play per weekend, 1 practice per week · Spring, 1 league play per weekend, no or 1 cup, 1 practice a week (required)
· Summer - some small sided cups, early summer-1 practice per week, mid & late summer - 2 practices (1 option, 1 required).
· (Needless to say there is realistic flexibility based on family vacations, events and homework).
